Trauma-Informed, Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy
Specializing in complex trauma, autism, and ADHD - with care that adapts to your nervous system, your identity, and your lived experience
Providing online therapy for adults, teens, and families of California, Oregon, Idaho, Vermont, Michigan, and Florida
Who We Work With
Adults With Neurodiversity and/or Complex Trauma
Therapy for autistic and ADHD adults who are done masking, burning out, and trying to fit into boxes that were never built for them, as well as individuals hoping to heal from complex trauma. Together, weʼll work toward shame-free self-understanding and sustainable ways of living.
Parents & Families
Support for parents, caregivers, and families navigating neurodivergence, behavioral challenges, school challenges, and shifting roles—so home can feel safer and more connected for everyone.
Organizations, Medical & Mental Health Groups, & Therapist Associates
Consultation, supervision, and training to help you offer truly neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care—in your practice, agency, school, or program.
You’re in the right place if…
You’re autistic and/or an ADHDer and are tired of being misunderstood, pathologized, or told to just “try harder.”
You’re a parent or caregiver navigating big emotions, meltdowns, school stress, or family conflict.
You’re a helper (therapist, educator, healthcare worker) holding everyone else together while feeling drained and overwhelmed yourself.
Trauma, burnout, or chronic stress leave you constantly on edge and feeling unsafe, and it’s hard to rest, connect, or trust your own needs.
You want support that is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-focused, and collaborative—not one-size-fits-all.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not “too much” or “not enough.” You’re human, and you’re not alone. And you deserve support.
